Health & Safety
As we welcome you for dine-in or takeout service, we’ll continue to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff. To ensure you have a safe and stress-free dining experience, we’ve implemented the following measures as advised by our health and government experts. Here’s an overview of what to expect:
Staff Masks & Uniforms
All staff are required to wear face masks as soon as they enter the restaurant. Uniforms and masks will be laundered after every shift.
Staff Health & Safety
Before coming to work, every employee must complete the COVID-19 pre-shift questionnaire to ensure they are fit to work. Any employee who is experiencing symptoms, has traveled outside of Canada, or has come into contact with a positive or suspected case of COVID-19 will be required to stay home from work for a minimum of 14 days.
Physical Distancing
Upon entering the restaurant, guests are directed to wait at one of the designated floor markers until a host can seat them. Each restaurant has the appropriate floor decals and signage to identify required distancing and traffic flow. Tables will be spaced two metres apart, and staff will maintain an appropriate distance from each other and from guests wherever possible.
Group Sizes
As directed by our public health officials, we are limiting restaurant capacity. Group sizes will also be limited according to provincial and local legislation.
Digital Menus
To avoid unnecessary additional touchpoints, we are asking guests to order from the menu posted on the restaurant website. For those without a smartphone, we will be happy to provide disposable paper menus.
Enhanced Sanitation Protocols
Hand sanitizer is available for guests and staff at all entrances of the restaurant. Dining room tables, chairs and payment terminals are sanitized after each use, while frequent touch points such as door knobs, sink faucets and telephones are sanitized at regular intervals. Every employee is required to wash their hands for 20 seconds upon entering the restaurant, as well as throughout their shift.
Washroom Access
At restaurant locations where individual private washrooms are not available, we are asking guests to access the washroom facilities one at a time.
Cashless Payment
We are accepting card or phone payment only.
Vendors & Delivery Drivers
All vendors and delivery drivers are required to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer before entering the restaurant, as well as maintain a physical distance of two metres from all staff and guests.
Takeout & Delivery
Our takeout and delivery menus will remain in place should you prefer to dine at home. Orders for guests and delivery drivers will be packaged and ready for contactless pick up at a designated table to maintain physical distancing of two metres.
Staying in Contact
We are actively keeping track of contact information for all parties who dine with us, so we can easily get in touch in the unlikely event that a staff member or guest becomes ill.
