Our sandwich breads and pastries are prepared at O&B Artisan
- our state of the art bakery, located on the 8th floor of the Simpson Tower. Our baked goods are created in the tradition of the classic boulangeries, using only the highest quality, sustainable ingredients. One of the most distinctive components of our bread making is the culture, a natural fermentation which contains the juice of local Riesling grapes. This allows the bread to rise slowly over the course of a day and a half, gradually developing its depth of flavour, texture and character.
The breads and pastries are baked in early morning and delivered to our restaurants and event spaces just before lunch. Unique signature breads have been created for each of our restaurants, complementing individual concepts and styles of cuisine.
